SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Following credit card authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 3-6 business days for Domestic Deliveries and 10-15 business days for International Deliveries. This is an estimate. This does not include the weekends or holidays. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will notify you of the tracking information.
If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add [order email address] to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

POLICY AND TERMS

By placing an order at Danyel Clothing, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping back to Danyel Clothing. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

ORDER TRACKING STATUS

If you have an account, you can always check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “[View Order Status]”. Once your order has been received and is being processed, the status will read “PROCESSING”. If your order has “Shipped”, you will find the delivery tracking number.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

SALES TAX

If Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Florida.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Please note: your account will not be charged until your order actually ships.

USING STORE CREDIT

At Danyel Clothing, if there is an item that needs to be returned, we offer store credit.
Store credit works by and emailing a credit coupon to a customer by entering their email address and the amount.
For example, a $50 store credit voucher used at Checkout for a $30 purchase will allow for a future purchase of $20 or until the total value expires or is exhausted. You can even buy products worth more than the remaining store credit and just pay the difference at Checkout.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders within 1 business day. Once our team has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Danyel Clothing, we are only offering exchanges or store credit.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

If you are interested in exchanging the item for a different color or size, depending on the availability on the item, you will need to send the item to our Danyel Clothing office (at your cost). Please send us an email to danyelcloth@gmail.com to notify us if you would like to make an exchange or request store credit.

EXCHANGE PROCESSING


Once we have received your package, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the email address listed in your account when your order was placed. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
